In this application, on 19.09.2024, this Court granted interim order in favour of the applicants, specifically observing that the applicants had made a submission that they would make bona fide attempt to settle the dispute with the informant.

It is reported to this Court that no settlement could be arrived at. 3.

In that light, this Court heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP at length, in the context of the subject FIR. During the course of arguments, when this Court expressed its inclination to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application.

Hence, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 19.09.2024 is vacated.
