By order dated 09.09.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. Notice was issued to respondent No.2-victim. The learned APP has handed over document to show that respondent No.2 has been served. The same is taken on record. There is no representation on behalf of the said respondent.

Hence, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to represent respondent No.2. The applicant shall serve a copy of this application on the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today.
