The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation by providing his specimen signature and handwriting. 3.

In view of that, the learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in Court, makes a statement that the applicant will not be arrested till the next date. 4.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 9th , 10th and 11th September 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation by providing all the relevant documents, his specimen signature and handwriting. 5.

By consent, stand over to 4 October 2024.
