It is pointed out that in the order dated 10th September 2024, this Court had directed the application to be taken up on 11th October 2024 in the supplementary list, but due to a typographical error, it was recorded in paragraph 11 that the application would be taken up for consideration on 11th September 2024 in the supplementary list. 2.

The date '11th September 2024' mentioned in paragraph 11 of the order shall be replaced with the date '11th October 2024'. 3.

Accordingly, the application shall now be taken up on 11th October 2024 in the supplementary list.
