The learned Counsel for the applicant invites the attention of this Court to the Orders dated 14/08/2024 and 16/08/2024, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2286 of 2024, and points out that order prohibiting coercive action was made in favour of the co-accused, highlighting a relevant precedent for the current case. The learned Counsel assures the Court that the applicant will not interfere with the evidence or attempt to influence the witnesses.
