The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not a beneficiary of the alleged sum. The FIR is of the year 2023. The co-accused have been arrested and granted regular bail. The applicant is ready and willing to attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation by providing her complete residential address, phone number and the relevant documents regarding employment status with the co-accused in the firm. 2.

In view of this, the learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in the Court, makes a statement that till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested. _______________________________________________ 28 August 2024

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 2 September, 3 September and 4 September 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation, provide details of her residential address, and mobile number and all relevant documents. 4.
