In Application No.205 of 2024, notice was issued and service has been effected on the respondent. In Application No.488 of 2024, notice is yet to be issued.

But, the learned APP points out that an application bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No.2405 of 2024 filed by a co-accused person, arising from the same FIR (Mohd. Arshad Nijamudden Khan vs. The State of Maharashtra), is pending and is now directed to be listed on 18.12.2024 before the Bench presided over by Hon'ble Justice R. N. Laddha.

In view of the practice direction/notice dated 08.02.2024 issued by Registrar (Judicial-I), the Registry is directed to place these applications, alongwith Anticipatory Bail Application No.2405 of 2024, before the appropriate Bench.
