Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute pertains to a marital discord. The marriage between applicant and the informant was solemnised in 2011 and lasted till December 2022. Moreover, a Divorce petition and a petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights are pending before the competent jurisdictional Courts.

Learned APP also seeks time to take instructions as the investigating officer is not present.

There shall not be any coercive taken against the applicant until the next date.
