When the matter was called out, none appeared for the first informant. The crime in the present proceeding has been registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

In order to permit respondent no. 2 to make submissions. It is the claim of the applicant that the dispute arises out of certain matrimonial differences between the parties. There is an application seeking transfer of the said proceedings. Two daughters born out of the wedlock are, as of today, in the custody of the present applicant-husband. 3.
