By order dated 11.09.2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicant with a direction that he shall continue to cooperate with the investigation and that he shall remain present before the investigating officer, as and when required.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant appeared before the investigating officer on one date but thereafter when he was called, the applicant could not appear because of the ill-health of his mother. In that light, it is submitted that the applicant will appear before the investigating officer in the next week, if required. 3.

In view of the above, the applicant is directed to appear before the investigating officer on 23.10.2024 and thereafter as and when called by the investigating officer. The conditions imposed in the interim order dated 11.09.2024 shall continue to operate.

List the application for further consideration on 14.11.2024, H.O.B.
