Leave to amend to add the first informant as a party respondent to this application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent. The investigating officer to serve the notice upon respondent No.2. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant and the victim, at the time of incident, were of legal age and their relations were consensual. The learned counsel draws attention of this Court to the WhatsApp conversation and submits that on the date of

There shall not be any coercive action in the present crime against the applicant till the next date.

In the meanwhile, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 12th, 13th and 14th September 2024 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation by providing the detailed address and contact number of his father. 6.
