DATE :
SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 P.C.:
1.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2.
This is the second application for pre-arrest bail. First ABA No. 181 of 2024 came to be disposed as withdrawn by a Co-ordinate Bench (Coram : S.V. Kotwal, J.) observing as under:- 1] After arguing for some, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.
2] Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 3.
As the Court had expressed its disinclination to grant the relief, it would be in the fitness of things that the application be listed before the same Bench.
4.
Registry to take appropriate steps to place the application before the same Bench.
