This is the second time that the Petitioner has approached this Court for anticipatory bail. On the first occasion, he had filed Anticipatory Bail Application No.181 of 2024, which was argued for some time and then it was withdrawn, which is reflected in the order dated 22/01/2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that there MANUSHREE NESARIKAR is change in circumstances as the main accused is granted MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2024.11.29 10:37:17 +0530 regular bail. However, that cannot be a change in circumstance Nesarikar

When I expressed disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned counsel for the Applicant again prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application as well. 4.
