Leave to amend to add the first informant as a party respondent to this application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Mr. Ashish Shukla, the learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of newly added respondent.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Magistrate granted the bail to the co-accused. The offences are triable by the Court of Magistrate and the applicant has no criminal antecedents.

The learned counsel for the first informant appears and seeks two weeks time to file reply affidavit. Time granted as prayed for. 5.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
