Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned APPs for the respondent-State, for some time, as also the learned counsel for the first informant, who proposed to file intervention application in these two anticipatory bail applications. 2.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2024.09.19 13:10:49 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI applicants, it would be appropriate that the investigation papers

It appears that, due to Ganpati festival, the Investigating Officer could not remain present today before this Court with the relevant papers.

Hence, list these applications on 20th September 2024, to be included in the supplementary list.
