The learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in Court, states that the applicant will not be arrested till the next date with a stipulation that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station.

In view of that, stand over to 3 October 2024, to be listed alongwith Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2179 of 2024. 4.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 23rd, 24th and 25th September 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation.
