The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not holding any position in the company nor he is the director of the company, wherein the alleged amount was deposited. The applicant's father forged his signatures. The applicant is in IT profession, well qualified and based in Bangalore. The applicant is not the recipient of the alleged sum nor benefited from it. 2.

The learned APP seeks time, as the Investigating Officer is not present. At the request of the learned APP, stand over to 19 September 2024. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
