In this application, notice was issued to respondent No.2 by order dated 19.09.2024 and interim relief was granted in favour of the applicant subject to specific conditions, including a direction to appear before the investigating officer on 23.09.2024 and also to surrender his mobile phone.

This Court is informed that the applicant did appear before the investigating officer and he has also surrendered his mobile phone, as directed. It is further informed that the applicant also co-operated with the investigating authorities as regards his medical examination. 3.

Mr. Shirke, learned counsel has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.2. He seeks some time to take instructions in the matter. 4.

In that light, list for further consideration on 25.11.2024, High on Board. In the meanwhile, the interim order shall continue to operate. 5.
