In this application, on 19.09.2024, this Court granted interim order in favour of the applicants and they were directed to appear before the investigating officer on 23.09.2024 and 24.09.2024 and thereafter, as and when called by the investigating officer. They were also directed to cooperate with the investigation. 2.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicants have indeed appeared before the investigating officer as directed and that they have co-operated with the investigation.

While granting interim order in favour of the applicants, this Court had recorded that the incident in question arose out of a quarrel and that there was a scuffle that led to injuries to members of both the parties. Considering the aforesaid background and the fact that the applicants have appeared before the investigating officer and co-operated with the by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

Accordingly, the interim order dated 19.09.2024 is confirmed and the application is allowed.

The applicants shall continue to co-operate with the investigation. They shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall also not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.
