Heard Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ambekar, learned APP for Respondent-State.

In this application, on 26.09.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, subject to the applicant appearing before the investigating officer on specified date and cooperating with the investigation. Although the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has abided by the directions given by this Court, the learned APP has no instructions in the matter and the investigation officer also could not remain present.

In view of the above, list the application for further consideration on 3rd December, 2024 to be included in the supplementary list. 4.
