In this application on 04th October, 2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants after making specific observations in paragraph Nos.8 to 11.

The applicants were specifically directed to appear before the Investigating Officer in October, 2024 and to cooperate with the investigation by producing all documents in their possession. Shrikant Malani

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that while some documents have been provided, original documents pertaining to a Sale Deed dated 19th August, 2022, was not produced by the applicants, claiming that the same was with his advocates.

Today, on instructions, the learned counsel for the applicants makes a statement that the original document shall be provided forthwith to the Investigating Officer.

In that light, the applicants are directed to remain present before the Investigating Officer on 05th December, 2024 and to produce the said document, as also any other documents in their possession that may be demanded by the Investigating Officer. They shall cooperate with the investigation and abide by the other conditions specified in interim order dated 04th October, 2024.

List for further consideration on 07th January, 2025, "High on Board."
