Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0193 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024, registered at Malegaon Chhavni Police Station, District Nashik Rural, for offences under Sections 417, 418, 420, 467 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 3.

The informant has alleged that a registered document was executed in respect of his property by the co-accused (father of the applicant) in favour of the other co-accused persons and that all the accused persons acted in connivance with each other.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the present case, the applicant did not play an active role as the father of the applicant was the person, who actually executed the document. It is a matter of record Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

915_ABA_2527_24.doc that the applicant has signed the said document as a witness. It cannot be countenanced that the applicant was ignorant and oblivious of the nefarious activities of the co-accused, when the subject property was sold and the informant was duped.

Considering the active role of the applicant in execution of document and the serious nature of offences registered in the present case, including offence under Section 467 of the IPC, no case is made out for granting anticipatory bail to the applicant.

The application is dismissed.
