Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, the learned APP, following the instructions of the investigating officer present in Court, submits that, in compliance with the order dated 14 October 2024, the applicant has surrendered his mobile phone, appeared at the police station, and fully cooperated with the investigation. The investigation has been completed, and the applicant's custody is no longer necessary. Additionally, there is nothing is to be recovered or discovered from the applicant and that the coaccused, Durgappa @ Rajabhau Narsu Waghmode, was already granted anticipatory bail on 9 December 2024. 4.
In light of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms:
(i) In the event of the applicant's arrest in connection with CR No.799 of 2024, registered at Khar Police Station, Mumbai, he shall be released on bail upon executing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
(iii) The applicant, himself or through any other person, shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
