Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and he has received Rs.29,00,000/- from the witnesses, of which Rs.25,00,000/- has been refunded. 2.
In response the learned APP, based on instructions from the investigating officer present in the Court, assures that the applicant will not be arrested until the next scheduled date, provided the applicant co-operates with the investigation. In view of that, the applicant is directed to report to the concerned Police Station on 1, 2 and 3 October 2024, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to facilitate the investigation. By consent stand over to 22 October 2024.
