The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that his request is limited to having the learned Sessions Judge decide his pending Bail Application No.559 of 2024, which was filed on 6 August 2024. He submits that the Sessions Judge has adjourned the matter three times after hearing it, but no order has been passed to date. In view of the above, the learned trial Court is requested to decide the applicant's aforesaid bail application on its own merits, in accordance with the law, expeditiously, preferably on the next scheduled date. The applicant shall communicate this order to the Sessions Court. The application is disposed of accordingly. [ R.N.
