Heard Mr. Ponda, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Hiray, learned special public prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel have relied upon judgements in order to support their respective interpretations of Sections 464 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

In order to further assist this Court, the learned counsel for the parties request for short period of time to place written notes of arguments along with supporting judgements / documents. Such written notes be placed on record on or before 09.10.2024. 4.
The application is closed for orders.
