The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a victim of the crime committed by Prabhadevi Tiwari, who is presently under investigation and who sold the disputed flat to the applicant. To demonstrate his bonafides, the applicant is willing to deposit Rs.10,00,000/-, within two weeks from today, in Page No. 1 of 2 ____________________________________________ 13 September 2024.
