Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the Respondent - 2 Intervenor/ Informant would submit that this application was circulated and is placed for hearing before the regular bench presided over by the Hon'ble Shri Justice N.R. Borkar on 14 October 2025.

Mr. Tripathi would submit that an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) has been duly deposited on 27 September 2024 by the Applicant as directed by an order of this Court dated 13 September 2024.

Considering the above, place the matter on 14 October 2025 before the bench presided over by the Hon'ble Shri Justice N.R. Borkar. 5.
