Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned APP submits that CDR which has been placed on record is the one furnished by Paud Police Station. The said CDR was maintained by the Paud Police Station in its computer. It does not appear that the CDR has been fetched from the Telecom Services Provider. It may be appropriate if the CDR is procured from the Telecom Services Provider.

The Senior P.I., Hadapsar Police Station is directed to make a requisition to the Nodal Officer of the concerned Telecom Services Provider to furnish the CDR of the concerned persons for the relevant period.

Stand over to 20th January, 2025.

Interim protection, granted earlier, shall continue to operate till next date.
