Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that relationship between the applicant and the victim were consensual and both were of legal age. The applicant still is ready and willing to marry the victim. There are WhatsApp communication to show that after lodging the FIR also the victim was in contact with the applicant. 4.

There shall be no coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
