In this application, on 24.09.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, subject to specific conditions, including a direction to remain present before the investigating officer on a specific date and thereafter, as and when called by the investigating officer. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation. But, due to election duty, the investigating officer could not remain present before this Court and therefore, the learned APP is unable to make a specific statement in that regard.

In view of the above, list the application for further consideration on 13.12.2024, High on Board.
