Heard learned counsel for the parties and with their assistance perused the record.

This is an application filed for anticipatory bail by the Applicant who apprehends arrest. At the very outset, the parties draw attention of the Court to the detailed order dated 24 September 2024. The Court after recording reasons, more particularly in paragraphs 7 and 8, was pleased to grant interim protection to the Applicant. Such protection which has continued from time to time and continues until date, which fact, is not controverted by the prosecution. 3.

The learned APP on instructions would submit that 'C' summary has been filed pursuant to obtaining sanction of the Deputy Superintendent of Police on 3 March 2025. The same has now been filed before the J.M.F.C., Baramati.
