The learned counsel for the first informant appears and seeks MAMTA AMAR KALE time to file intervention application. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the alleged incident, no weapon was used by the applicant and there was no intention to outrage the modesty of the informant. Moreover, the alleged receipt was already in possession of the investigating agency. The applicant is ready to surrender her mobile phone and co-operate with the investigation by attending the concerned police station. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 1st, 2nd and 3rd October 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation. 2.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
