Mr Naseem Shaikh, the learned Counsel, appears on behalf of the first informant and seeks time to file intervention application. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that as directed by this Court, the applicant has attended the concerned police station on 1 to 3 October 2024 and cooperated with the investigation. The learned Counsel further submits that the applicant's LL.B. certificate is fake and fabricated. Therefore, the question of getting admission for LL.M. Course does not arise. The learned APP also seeks time to take instructions.
