So also, the parties have tendered the consent terms entered into between the present applicant and respondent no.2. The learned

So also, the advocate appearing for the respondent no.2 has signed the consent terms. The parties submit that the said consent terms are explained by them to their respective clients. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X-1" for identification. The submissions made in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
