On 27th February, 2025 the affidavit of the applicant was tendered and the same was taken on record. So also, the consent

None appears for the respondent no.2 though according to the advocate for the applicant, the advocate appearing for the respondent no.2 was informed that the matter would be taken up at 2:30 p.m. on production board.

In the order dated 27th February, 2025, after paragraph no. (3), paragraph no.(4) be added as under :- 4.

Ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
