Both the Advocates jointly request that since the matter has been settled between the parties, and the Applicant has directly paid a sum of Rs.3,88,00,000/- to the Informant, after deducting the TDS amount. 2.

Mr. Abhishek Srinivasah, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 submits that approximately Rs.61,00,000/- is Amol D. Nawale

10-ABA-2602-2024.doc the TDS that the Applicant must pay to the relevant authority, and a certificate to that effect has to be handed over to the Informant. He further submits that the informant is an NRI and is currently outside India. However, the Informant has executed Power of Attorney, and the said Power of Attorney holder is authorized to execute the necessary documents related to the transaction.

In view of the same, the parties jointly request to grant two weeks' time to file affidavits and consent terms, which will be tendered before this Court.

Stand over to 12 February 2025, the matter to come up under the caption of "Settlement".

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
