In these applications, the learned APPs submitted that the investigation has progressed and there is sufficient material to indicate the involvement of the applicants herein, thereby indicating that the applications deserve to be dismissed.

Considering the number of statements recorded during the course of investigation, it would be appropriate that the learned APPs in both these applications prepare a short note for assisting this Court and to place the relevant statements of witnesses alongwith the aforesaid notes, for a comprehensive hearing on both these applications. 3.
