In that light, paragraph 2 of the said order shall be replaced as follows :

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0626 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 registered with Shirur Police Station, District - Pune Rural, for BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2024.09.30 18:58:55 +0530 offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC)
