Learned APP for the respondent/State has drawn my attention to the order dated 10th October 2024 passed by this Court. The said order reads thus:

The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits that the applicants, to show their bonafides, are ready and willing to deposit the entire amount and will furnish the payment schedule on the next date. 2.

Stand over to 18 October 2024. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicants till the next date." 2.

The applicants have not placed on record the payment schedule as recorded in the above orders.

The interim order stands vacated.
