Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

By order dated 26.09.2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicants, subject to specific conditions, including directions to appear before the investigating officer on specific dates and to co-operate with the investigation.

The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicants indeed appeared before the investigating officer as directed and that they have been co-operating with the investigation. It is specifically stated that the applicants Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

While granting interim relief to the applicants, this Court had specifically observed that other than the statements of the co-accused persons, there did not appear to be any other material on record against the applicants. The said reason holds good for allowing the application itself. 5.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 26.09.2024 is confirmed and the application is allowed, subject to the applicant continuing to cooperate with the investigation, including appearing before the investigating officer as and when called. He shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall also not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. 6.

In view of disposal of the bail application, the interim application also stands disposed of.
