In these five applications arising from the same FIR, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants on various dates. The applications deserve to be heard together.

The learned APPs appearing in these applications, on instructions, submit that the applicants have abided by the directions issued by this Court and they have co-operated with the investigation. 3.
The victim was served in these applications through the investigating officer. She is present in Court and she desires to contest the present application.

Mr. Rathod, learned counsel has instructions to appear on behalf of the victim, who is the respondent in these applications. He seeks time to take instructions and to file reply affidavits in these applications. 5.
The reply affidavits, if any, be filed in these applications within four weeks from today.
6.
Tag all these five applications together and list them for further consideration on 29.11.2024, High on Board.
7.
The interim orders passed in these applications shall continue to operate till then.
