The principal submission raised on behalf of the applicant is that even as per the FIR the relevant period was between 27.01.2012 and 20.06.2012, while the applicant was given charge of the post of Deputy Engineer in the Municipal Corporation between 21.11.2012 and 12.12.2012. 2.

In the application there is no document to support the aforesaid submission. Therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks short adjournment to produce relevant document in order to assist this Court. 3.
