At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP points out that there are 13 antecedents against the Applicant and they have not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

In view of said contention raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Mr. Pathan, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application.

Mr. Pathan, learned Counsel submits that the protection granted by a learned Single Judge by Order dated 20th December 2024 be continued for a period of two weeks.

Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

Ad-interim protection granted by Order dated 20th December 2024 by a learned Single Judge shall remain in operation for a period of two weeks from today.
