In this application, on 1st October 2024, this Court had granted interim order in favour of the applicant. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant has abided by the conditions imposed by this Court, including the direction to remain present before the Investigating Officer. It is claimed that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation.

The learned APP is unable to confirm the same as the Investigating Officer could not remain present, for the reason that election was conducted recently in the State of Maharashtra. 4.

It would be necessary to peruse the investigation papers on the next occasion and therefore, the Investigating Officer shall

List the application for further consideration on 6th January 2025.
