Mr, Aniket Vagal, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that in compliance with the directions issued in the order dated 16 December 2024 and and its further extension on 31 January 2025, the Applicant has attended the office of the Investigating Officer. He further submits that Accused No. 1, who is the alleged kingpin, his Anticipatory Bail Application has already been confirmed by this Court. 2.

The learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer met with Amol D. Nawale

903-ABA-3404-2024 (CR).doc an accident, and as a result, the investigation could not be completed, and the statement of the present Applicant could not be satisfactorily recorded. Therefore, the Applicant should again attend the office of the Investigating Officer after 10 days.

The Applicant is hereby directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 11 March 2025, 12 March 2025 and 13 March 2025, between 11:00 am to 2:00 p.m. The Applicant will cooperate with the police by recording his statement and providing all necessary details, including the documents requested by the Police, provided such documents are available with him.

Stand over to 20 March 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next of the hearing.
