The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already deposited Rs.2 Lakhs as agreed. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant will deposit the remaining amount on or before the next date.

The learned APP concedes that the applicant has deposited Rs.2 Lakhs as mentioned in the order dated 1 October 2024 and, on instructions, makes a statement that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date.
