Learned Counsel for the applicant, following the instructions, submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, she was unable to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.65,000/-. However, she is willing to deposit this amount within two weeks from today. 2.

The first informant is present in person and seeks legal aid assistance. Mr Ganesh Bhujbal, who is present in the Court, has been appointed as Advocate to espouse the cause of respondent No.2. The legal fees to be paid by the High Court Legal Service Committee.
