This is an Anticipatory Bail Application where due to precursor incident the Applicant has stated that she has been falsely indicted in a cheating case under Section 3(5), 316(2), 318(4) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. There are three specific orders passed by this Court after hearing the parties on 27.09.2024, 23.10.2024 and 22.11.2024.

Prima facie, it is recorded in the orders that Applicant has duly co-operated with the Investigating Officer in the investigation and according to the Investigating Officer, he has stated that Applicant will

40.ABA.2665.2024.doc not be arrested in the present case. Same statement has been continued from 22.11.2024 until January-2025. 5.

Mr. Karmakar is directed to take appropriate instructions from the Investigating Officer in the present case since I am of the prima facie opinion that looking into the facts of the present case, Applicant deserves to be granted Anticipatory Bail.
