Learned APP for the State submits that by an earlier order dated 30th September, 2024, the Applicant was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- in every week in order to clear the dues of Rs. 26,50,000/- within a period of five weeks. 2.
Pursuant to the same, an interim protection was granted. 3.
Mr. Avinash Ovhal appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the said direction of this Court has not been complied with due to the changed circumstances and his client has not deposited any amount in the Court.
